Danny de Hoyos, Senior Vice President of Operations at Securus, revealed that part of their success could be attributed towards the company’s continued partnership with the Better Business Bureau. Notable accomplishments made by Securus Technologies include a 220 seat in-house domestic call center, which was recognized as the largest in the country. This impressive call center has served as a means for the company to track and monitor customer service to all their clientele.
