Michael Polk Steps into Leadership Role at Implus Corporation

In a significant nmove for the athletic and outdoor accessories industry, Implus Corporation
has announced the appointment of Michael Polk as their Interim Chief Executive

of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. His extensive background also includes

as an early career foundation at The Procter & Gamble Company.

The Implus Board of Directors, led by Chairman Dave Bordeau, expressed confidence in Polk’s ability
to guide the company through its next growth phase. “With Michael Polk at
the helm, Implus is well-positioned to continue its trajectory of success and
expansion,” Bordeau noted.
